Invited speakers:

  • Jai Harvey, an exercise physiologist at Grampians Health Ballarat, is an emerging clinician researcher devoted to evidence-informed practice. Jai’s research experience thus far involves the completion of a thesis as part of their Master’s degree. Jai has since begun expanding their research knowledge and experience through completing the STaRR program and commencing a research project within the pulmonary rehabilitation program at Grampians Health Ballarat.
  • Georgie Kemp is the Director of Allied Health and Ambulatory care at Grampians Health. After completing a Masters by Research, Georgie has worked in regional healthcare leadership roles since 2009. Georgie believes that research methodologies and thinking can improve healthcare outcomes and can also be a significant enabler for recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals to rural and regional settings.
