A/Prof Callisaya has a strong record of achievement in translational health and medical research having contributed to knowledge creation, dissemination and translation within health services. Her research is recognised internationally in the field of dementia, frailty and falls as well as the use of technology to deliver interventions for older people. Her work provides part of the basis for the development of a novel app that delivers progressive exercise to prevent falls in older people. As a Chief Investigator on the DELIVER program, Michele provides clinical, research and technical expertise in the area of technology for older people.
